THE SERVICE AND ALL INFORMATION, CONTENT, MATERIALS, AND PRODUCTS INCLUDED OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE TO YOU THROUGH THIS SERVICE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement
• Warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KP TECHNOLOGY GMBH AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Loss of data or use of data
• Business interruption
• Failed business relationships or partnerships
• Damages arising from reliance on AI-generated content
• Damages arising from errors in third-party data
• Any other pecuniary loss

This limitation applies whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other basis, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Maximum Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, FOR ACCESSING OUR SERVICE DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.

You agree not to use our service:

Our Content

The design, layout, graphics, knowledge graph technology, and proprietary features of our platform are owned by KP Technology GmbH and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our proprietary content without our express written permission.

Public Domain Information

Company information sourced from public business registries and databases is public domain information. However, our AI-generated analyses, match algorithms, knowledge graph technology, and derived content are proprietary to KP Technology GmbH.

User Content

By submitting company information, preferences, or other content to our platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process such content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.

We reserve the right to alter, supplement, correct, or delete any information on our platform at any time without notice. Information may be updated as we receive new data from public registries, company databases, or other sources, or as our AI systems improve their analysis.

If you discover errors or inaccuracies in the information presented, we encourage you to report them to us. However, we make no commitment to correct errors or update information, and we bear no liability for outdated or incorrect information.

Source Data Authority

In all cases, the official company information published by national business registries and government databases are the authoritative source of information. Our platform provides a convenience service only and does not replace official sources.

We reserve the right to:
